Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Rare Cocoa, every product is freshly handcrafted to order using pure, natural ingredients. Because of this made-to-order nature, our cancellation and refund policy is as follows. Please read carefully before placing an order.

1. No Cancellations

Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, it cannot be cancelled or modified under any circumstances. Our products are prepared specifically for your order and cannot be resold. We encourage you to verify all details — product, quantity, and delivery address — before making payment.

2. When Will We Issue a Refund?

Refunds are only applicable in the following situations:

• You received a product that is visibly damaged or broken upon delivery.
• You received the wrong product (different from what was confirmed on WhatsApp).
• Your order was not delivered and the courier confirms it as lost in transit.

In all refund cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo or video of the issue sent via WhatsApp.

3. How Refunds Are Processed

• Approved refunds will be returned to your original UPI account within 5–7 business days.
• We may offer a replacement instead of a refund at our discretion, depending on stock availability.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

• Dissatisfaction due to personal taste preferences. Our chocolates use real cocoa and natural ingredients — the taste profile differs from commercial, sugar-heavy chocolates and this is intentional.
• Damage caused after delivery due to improper storage (e.g., left in heat or sunlight).
• Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery.
• Products that have been partially or fully consumed.
