Welcome to Rare Cocoa. By accessing or using rarecocoa.com or placing an order through our WhatsApp channel, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. How Ordering Works

Rare Cocoa currently accepts orders via WhatsApp only. Our website is a product catalogue. To place an order:

• Browse the website and choose your products and customisations.
• Contact us on WhatsApp at +91 81217 25892 with your selection.
• We will confirm availability, pricing, and your delivery address.
• Payment is to be made via UPI and a screenshot shared on WhatsApp to confirm.
• Your order will be processed only after payment confirmation is received.

3. Pricing

• All prices shown on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Shipping charges are additional and will be communicated before order confirmation.

4. Payment

• We currently accept payment via UPI only (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, or any UPI app).
• Full payment is required before dispatch. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
• We do not have an online payment gateway. All payments are processed directly via UPI.

5. Cancellations

All our products are freshly handcrafted to order. Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your order carefully before making payment.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, product names, the Rare Cocoa logo, and design — is the exclusive property of Rare Cocoa and is protected under applicable Indian copyright and intellectual property laws. Any reproduction or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Rare Cocoa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, beyond the amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Andhra Pradesh, India.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
